   Global Savings & Loans, Limited (“GSL Limited”) is a Delaware corporation (Registration No. 5645691). We originate and arrange commercial, business-purpose financing for large projects (new construction and refinances). Our financing is not for personal, family, or household use.

2. Private lending; not a bank
   GSL Limited operates as a private lending organization. We do not accept deposits, and deposit insurance (e.g., FDIC) does not apply. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as bank products, deposit-taking activity, or insured accounts.

3. Business-purpose use only
   All financing is strictly for business or commercial purposes. Consumer use is not eligible.

4. Indicative information; no commitment to lend
   All loan amounts, rates, LTVs, costs, timelines, and examples shown are illustrative and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend. Any financing remains subject to complete underwriting, due diligence (including KYC/AML and sanctions screening), valuation, documentation, and approvals acceptable to GSL Limited. Terms are binding only when definitive agreements are fully executed by all required parties.

5. Underwriting approach; verifications
   Pre-qualification may be available without a personal credit pull. Funding decisions are primarily project-based. GSL Limited may verify identities, ownership, authority to act, organizational status, project information, and representations provided; conduct anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and other compliance checks; and request supporting documentation at any stage.

6. Collateral, guarantees, and structure
   Marketing statements such as “no hard-asset collateral required” refer to pre-qualification and typical structuring goals. Final structures may include security interests, assignments, step-in rights, performance protections, guarantees, credit enhancements, or other customary provisions, as determined by underwriting, jurisdiction, and deal specifics.

7. Geographic scope; restrictions
   We consider opportunities globally, subject to applicable laws, sanctions, and local requirements. Offers are void where prohibited. Availability and product terms may vary by jurisdiction.

8. Licensing and registrations
   Where licenses, registrations, or other authorizations are required, GSL Limited and/or its affiliates or personnel will hold or obtain such approvals as applicable to a given transaction. 9. Fees and costs
   Fees, costs, and third-party expenses (e.g., valuation, legal, technical) vary by transaction and jurisdiction. Any paid fees will be disclosed in writing. Unless otherwise stated in a definitive agreement, fees are earned only upon funding or as expressly agreed.

10. Referral compensation
    GSL Limited may pay referral compensation for qualified introductions under our posted referral program. As of the date above, the standard referral fee is 0.01% of the funded loan amount, paid after closing and receipt of our fee. The referred sponsor/project must be new to GSL Limited, and the referrer must provide a documented warm introduction and obtain the sponsor’s consent to share contact information. Referrers act as independent contractors, not agents or employees. US referrers may be required to submit a Form W-9; 1099s may be issued as applicable. International referrers may need to provide alternative documentation. Program terms can change; the effective terms are those confirmed in writing before closing.
