We partner with advisors, consultants, brokers, developers, and community connectors who meet qualified projects. Send opportunities our way and earn 0.01% of the funded loan amount when the deal closes. The larger the deal, the larger your payday.

How it works

1. Submit a referral
   Use our “Refer a Deal” form or email the sponsor’s name, contact info, and project basics (amount, purpose, location, timing). Minimum project size: $5M+.

2. We handle the process
   Our team qualifies the opportunity, manages intake, and works directly with the sponsor from indicative terms through funding.

3. Get paid at closing
   When the loan funds, your referral fee is 0.01% of the funded amount. We confirm the figure with you in writing prior to closing.

Payout examples (0.01% of funded amount)

• $5,000,000 → $500

• $25,000,000 → $2,500

• $100,000,000 → $10,000

• $500,000,000 → $50,000

• $1,000,000,000 → $100,000

• $10,000,000,000 → $1,000,000

What counts as a valid referral

• The project/sponsor is new to us (not already in our pipeline).

• You provide a warm introduction and permission for us to contact.

• The project fits our scope: large new builds or refinances, project-based funding (no personal credit check for pre-qualification).

• The loan closes through us.

Payment terms

• Fee: 0.01% of the funded loan amount (no cap).

• Timing: paid after funding is confirmed and our fee clears.

• Method: ACH or check.

• Tax: US partners provide W-9; 1099 issued where applicable. International partners may require alternate documentation.

• Multiple referrers: first documented warm intro gets credit (timestamped email or form submission).

• We may decline any opportunity at our discretion.

• Do not market or imply that we are a bank; we are a private lending operation and do not accept deposits.

• If you owe fiduciary duties to the borrower, obtain written consent before receiving a referral fee.

• Program terms may change; the effective terms are those confirmed in writing before closing. Subject to applicable laws and any licensing requirements in your location.
